Terms and Conditions of Entry: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLY. This Instant Win promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Bonneville Cincinnati, WKRQ, WUBE, WYGY and WREW ("station"). The Promotion is subject to these Official Promotion Rules, which shall be deemed to include the specific information relating to each Promotion that can be found on the Promotion information page located at http://wkrq.listenernetwork.com/asp3/stationcodes.aspx (the "Promotion Information Page"). The Promotion shall begin on February 16, 2011 and run indefinitely (the "Promotion Period"). To enter a Promotion online, you must be a registered member of the Rewards Service, which is subject to the Rewards Service Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. Registration is free of charge. To enter a Promotion you must submit the Instant Win code or answer, or if points are required, you must submit the required number of points for an entry specified on the Promotion Information Page, at which time the points will be deducted from your account. The number of points required for an entry will be determined separately for each Promotion, but typically ranges from 500 to 10,000 and in some Promotions no points may be required for entry. An entry will not be valid unless all of the required fields of the online registration form are completed and the information is valid. Once your entry has been submitted, follow the on-screen instructions to find out if you are an instant winner (subject to verification by station and compliance with these Official Rules).In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same computer, an entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized registrant of the username and password from which the entry is made. The authorized registrant is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned a username and password, and all decisions regarding the identity of the authorized registrant shall be made by station in its sole discretion. Regardless of entry method, the following are void and ineligible to enter or win: (i) entries submitted by third parties; (ii) mechanically or electronically reproduced entries; or (iii) multiple entries generated by means of software or other automated processes.

Eligibility: Promotion is open to members of the applicable Rewards Service who are natural persons and legal residents of the Cincinnati Metro area including areas in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. You must be at least 13 years of age to enter. You must have a valid street address in the United States. (a P.O. Box address will not suffice). Certain Promotions may be offered only to particular segments of the applicable Rewards Service. Employees or agents of Station and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies and the immediate family members of and persons domiciled with such persons are not eligible to enter or win.
Prizes: Will include a combination of the following: Free Arby's sandwiches, Movie Passes,  Cd's and DVD's ranging in value from $5.00 to- $30.00.  Some Promotions are structured as "Showcase Promotions". Showcase Promotions are designed to allow the winner to choose one prize from the options shown on the specific Promotion Information Page associated with the Showcase Promotion. Unless otherwise specified on the Promotion Information Page, there will be only one winner per Showcase Promotion. The prizes not selected by the Showcase Promotion winner will not be awarded.
Winners: Each potential Promotion winner is subject to verification by Station, whose decision is final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY STATION AND STATION HAS NOTIFIED THE POTENTIAL WINNER THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Station will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any play that occurs after the instant win game system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play and is void and will not be honored. Promotions may be offered in multiple presentations conducted regionally or nationally in multiple cities and through other Rewards Services and websites. In the event the winner cannot be reached within 5 days following attempted notification, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No substitution of any prizes except by Station. No prize transfer permitted by winner. No prizes will be refunded or exchanged for cash. Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes on prizes, and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and uses of the prizes not specifically stated in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each potential winner may be required to provide his/her Social Security Number to Station for tax reporting purposes. Station will not ship any prizes. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Station. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that Station’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household per Promotion.
Odds: The estimated odds of winning a prize are 1 in 50. Estimated odds of winning are based on anticipated number of game plays of Rewards Service members, and the actual odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible game plays. The number of available prizes to be won will diminish as prizes are awarded. Unclaimed and/or unredeemed instant win prizes will not be awarded.

Affidavits and Releases: Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability within 14 days of notification of winning. Failure to sign and return the affidavit and release within such period or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any interest in a prize. By participating and accepting a prize, winner agrees to provide his/her name, address, biographical information, voice, photograph, videotape and any other likeness as requested by Station for advertising or publicity purposes and to consent to the use of such material and statements made by or attributed to him/her relating to Station or the Promotion, and releases any and all rights to said use in any and all media without further compensation except where prohibited.

Limitation on Liability: By entering, all entrants release Station and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, officers, directors, agents, promotional partners and employees from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Promotion and/or acceptance or use or mis-use of any prize, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. Station is not responsible for prize quality or utility. Station is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the entry of Promotion information or the processing of submissions in the Promotion. Station assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Station is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any person's computer or data related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Web site or Promotion. Station is not responsible for cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the Promotion, or to defraud the Station in any way, may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of operating as planned, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Station which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Station reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and award prizes among eligible entries received. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules and/or listed on the Promotion Information Page are available to be won in this Promotion. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes to be available and/or claimed, Station reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing from among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

Promotion Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cincinnati, Ohio, and agree that all matters pertaining to these Official Rules and disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to any conflicts or choice of law rules or provisions (whether of Ohio or any other jurisdiction). Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., his or her costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
