When Holly Morgan was 20, she had no idea what she wanted to be. That is, until she fell into the radio world. “It’s like radio found me!” she says. “I eat, breathe and live it.” In the studio she’s never without a glass of water and a tube of lipstick (“Gotta keep the lips looking fabulous!”).
As a part of Q102, Holly’s favorite radio moments include being able to give back the community by working with the Freestore Food Bank and other charities, getting her kids involved as well. Another career highlight was meeting Steven Tyler from Aerosmith at the MTV Music Awards in 1991. “He winked at me outside, and I thought I was going to pass out!”
If Holly could be invited to any singer’s home for dinner she’d choose Madonna or J.Lo. “Both women are fabulous, strong and have their own unique style,” says Holly (sound like anyone else we know?). But despite her love for strong female artists, the song Holly says best describes her life is “Good Life” by One Republic. “I have so much to be thankful for, and I’m so blessed to be where I am today.”
For the first time, a man is the Face of N°5. Brad Pitt.
Brad Pitt is the new face for Chanel No. 5, making him the first man to ever officially endorse the fragrance. Brad chimed in on being the new face for the iconic fragrance: “What’s important to remember about Chanel N°5 is how revolutionary this fragrance is,” Pitt said, explaining, “When it was introduced, it broke all the rules. N°5 has always been the most iconic women’s fragrance. That’s what I see being the appeal of this campaign; it goes beyond the abstract of emotion or beauty to evoke what is timeless: a woman’s spirit.”
