Jennifer Aniston is too “happy” to bother with exercise.
It was only a few weeks ago that stills from new flick We’re The Millers were splashed across the internet, showing Jennifer’s enviable toned physique for her role as a stripper.
But now the former Friends star is said to have eased off on her strict diet and fitness regime.
“She’s so happy with Justin, no more 7am yoga sessions,” a source told Britain’s Heat magazine. “Plus Justin is a vegetarian, so Jen has been eating more veggies and carbs and less protein.”
The 44-year-old worked hard for her stripper-worthy body, collaborating with choreographer Denise Faye to perfect the film’s raunchy routine.
Speaking to British newspaper The Independent she talked about how hard she pushed her body to get into perfect shape.
“I actually did go to a very scary gym with a scary trainer who made me do crazy things that I can’t say out loud,” she confessed.
“I got real strict with my diet and I was very persistent with my workouts. When I finished that job I pretty much didn’t go to the gym for I don’t know how many months. I was over it and like, ‘OK, that’s enough of that!”
Fitness expert Nicki Waterman told Heat magazine that this is a natural and healthy way to react after such intense training.
“If you’re happy in your life, your body becomes more relaxed. So it’s fine for Jen to have a rest. As long as she’s still doing 30 minutes of exercise six days a week,” she said.
