Overnight Apple Raisin Bourbon French Toast with Warm Maple-Bourbon Syrup

I love the convenience of overnight French toast,  but you can make it the same day. Just  dip the bread slices in the egg mixture before putting them in the pan. Pour remaining egg mixture over the top of  the bread slices. Bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes.
