Cara Delevingne shuns Britain for Brazil

Cara Delevingne has declared her love for Brazil.

But the British beauty hasn’t been cheering on her team in the World Cup, currently taking place in the South American country, but rather rocking a black vest top with the words embossed on them.

Looking relaxed in the sunshine, Cara uploaded a photo of her wearing the black vest and little else.

“I ? BRASIL @bobonews #iwannabeacarioca (sic),” Cara captioned the snap, referring to a native of the city of Rio de Janeiro.

She also posted fun snaps of her sitting in a box of watermelons and an old picture of her with actress-and-model Riley Keough.

While Cara is still the toast of the runways, she’s quietly been making her move into acting over the past year.

She currently has three projects in post-production, and is filming a further two.

“Acting is all I’ve ever wanted to do. So I’m living the dream. I prefer acting to modeling. Modeling is where I started but I could never turn my back on it because without it I wouldn’t be here, but this is what I love. This is it for me,” she recently said.

The 21-year-old beauty will soon hit TV screens as part of Sky Arts Playhouse Presents Timeless, starring as a young woman whose fiancé is serving in Afghanistan.

She appears alongside veteran actress Sylvia Syms, who plays her great-grandmother.

“The first thing Sylvia said to me was, ‘I hear you’re some model tart.’ It was the best moment ever, it was just so brilliant!

“As soon as we started speaking, I could tell she was putting me through my paces. She was hardcore but she was testing me, I get that. When I do things like this, people are like, ‘You’re just a model.’ But I’m totally fine with that, because I am ready to prove I’m more than that,” she said.
