Halloween Haunt – Kings Island! Haunted mazes, fog-filled outdoor scare zones, creepy live shows and frightening creatures lurking throughout the park. Friday and Saturday nights, but the park is open for non-scary fall fun Saturday and Sunday until 7 p.m.

Oktoberfest Zinzinnati All weekend long Downtown. Seven stages showcasing continuous live German music and more than 30 food vendors serving close to 200 dishes.

Marvel Universe LIVE! Age of Heroes – Friday through Sunday at US Bank Arena.

Kinman Farms Fall Fest – All weekend long in Burlington! $10 for hayride, corn maze, shelter area, games, a pumpkin, face painting and live music.

GUITAR: The Instrument That Rocked The World Friday through Sunday at Cincinnati Museum Center Nearly 100 historical artifacts, including over 60 instruments, trace the guitar’s evolution and the way cultures and musicians drastically changed the shape and sound of the instrument. Now through January 6.


Niederman Family Farm Fall Festivalin Hamilton. $9 weekdays, $10 weekends. 4-acre corn maze, wagon rides, country atmosphere, pumpkin patch and more. Through Oct 28.

Autumn Plant Sale – Cincinnati Nature Center at Rowe Woods in Milford. Choose from more than 30 native plants and turn your yard into an eco-friendly garden for pollinators and other wildlife. Sept. 21-Oct. 21.

The Ultimate Elvis Show 7:30 p.m., York Street Cafe in Newport.

USS Nightmare – This weekend through November 3rd in Newport. 30 minute walk through of the retired steamboat dredge featuring two stories of terror surrounded by the inner workings of the historic vessel.


Fort Thomas Merchants and Music Fest – Hosted by Q102’s Katie Walters at Tower Park! Free family fun event from 3pm-midnight with live music all day including the headliner….10,000 Maniacs!

Chunkin’ Pumpkin 5k Fun Run 9 a.m.-noon at Country Pumpkins off Mount Zion Road, Dry Ridge.

Short Vine Market Flea and Art Show 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Short Vine, Between Corry St. and MLK Blvd.

Art Affaire 11 a.m.-5 p.m. along Main St. in Historic Milford. Juried, outdoor art and fine crafts show. Free.

Cincinnati Bearcats vs. Ohio Bobcats – noon at Nippert Stadium.

Fire Up the Night – 8 p.m. at Coney Island. Admission includes rides, empty-pool party, live stage entertainment and fireworks program.

William Shatner 7:30 p.m. at Taft Theatre.


Fall Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show – 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at Oasis Golf Club & Conference Center. Artists and crafters selling original handmade items in a variety of categories including woodwork, elaborate jewelry, spices to taste, home decor and more.

Mainstrasse Village Bazaar – 9 p.m.- 3 p.m. at MainStrasse Village. Antiques, collectibles, art and handmade crafts for sale along promenade.

Bone Thugs N Harmony, Ying Yang Twins & Lil Flip – 8 p.m. at Madison Theater.
