* The New York Daily News reports that commissioner Bud Selig is "seriously considering" lifting Rose's lifetime suspension from Major League Baseball and reinstating him.

* You may remember Alexis Cohen, who was mockingly dismissed by Simon Cowell as the Green Goblin after her 2007 "American Idol" audition. She had gone on a tirade afterwards. Sadly, she was hit by a car and killed. Police say the driver of the car fled after hitting the 25-year-old Cohen. They have arrested him.

* Say it isn't so! Riahanna and Chris Brown reportedly stayed at the same luxury Manhattan hotel under a cloak of secrecy. The two checked into separate rooms at the Trump International Hotel & Tower. They spent the next two days coming and going in separate chauffeured vehicles from an underground garage.

* Suspended NFL star Michael Vick's federal dogfighting sentence ended Monday, freeing him to lobby for a return to the league.
