Larry King is heading into semi-retirement. After 25 years, his program Larry King Live will wrap up sometime this fall, the 76-year-old confirmed in a statement Tuesday. Citing a desire to spend more time with his family, King said "I'm looking forward to the future and what my next chapter will bring, but for now it's time to hang up my nightly suspenders." Us Weekly says the veteran journalist will still appear on the network in occasional specials. King and his seventh wife Shawn, 50, have two sons. After rumors of infidelity on both sides, they called off divorce plans last month. America's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan is set to replace King.
There has been a lot of rumors about whether Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are in fact dating or just playing up their romance for the cameras to help the 'Twilight' franchise. Well, 'Eclipse' producer Wyck Godfrey may have officially spilled the beans ... we think. When TIME asked about what's exactly going on between Pattinson and Stewart, Godfrey revealed, "The thing I do think about is, Oh my God, I hope they stay together. Because it could be awkward on set in the next movie if they have a huge falling out. It's like, Wow, they have to portray this love story through two more movies. God, I hope they stay together; please stay together. That's what affects my day-to-day," Godfrey adds.
From the rose to the thorns: the Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi split is getting even nastier. The former Bachelor duo, who had avoided contact since their breakup, reunited for the cameras in an interview with host Chris Harrison set to air July 5 on ABC. According to People.com, it did not go well. "Vienna calls Jake 'a liar' and 'a fame whore'," an ABC press release says. "Jake feels Vienna always undermines him and tears him down. They face off about who broke up with whom. Vienna defends herself against allegations of infidelity." After what ABC calls an "intense verbal confrontation," Vienna "bursts into tears and storms out, ending the interview."
The woman who plays Angela on the NBC show "The Office" is pulling the plug on her marriage ... to a man who happens to be a writer and a producer on the show. TMZ has obtained divorce papers filed by Angela Kinsey last week in L.A. County Superior Court, in which the actress cites irreconcilable differences with her husband of 10 years Warren Lieberstein. In the docs, Kinsey has requested joint legal and physical custody of their two-year-old daughter. The two have reportedly been separated since 2009 -- but Angela's rep has stated that they remain friends.
