DMB to return to Riverbend

Dave Matthews Band will launch an extensive North American summer tour, including an annual stop at Cincinnati's Riverbend Music Center on Tues., June 15 at 7 p.m. - with special guest Robert Earl Keen.
Tickets will cost $70 for reserved pavilion and $40 for general admission/lawn and will go on sale Fri., Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. They will be sold at www.Ticketmaster.com and www.Riverbend.org, as well as all Ticketmaster outlets (including select Kroger stores). The band will perform at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday, where platinum-certified 2009 album "Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King" is nominated for two Grammys - for Album Of The Year and Best Rock Album.
The group recently was named the top-selling touring artist of the decade by Billboard and Pollstar.
Dave Matthews Band - comprising Carter Beauford (drums), Stefan Lessard (bass), Dave Matthews (vocals, guitar) and Boyd Tinsley (violin) - has sold 37 million CDs and DVDs combined. When "Big Whiskey" debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 in June of 2009, Dave Matthews Band became one of only two groups in chart history to have five consecutive studio albums enter atop the chart.
