Cincinnati native Brian Douglas has been on air with Q for 25 years, living out the dream he’s had for as long as he can remember – to live in his hometown and “work at one of the greatest radio stations in America!” When he’s in the studio, his MacBook Pro, iPad and iPhone are never far away, and neither is his amazing partner Laura Powell!
Brian’s three kids are the loves of his life, although his involvement with charities and organizations like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, WAVE Foundation and many others is close behind. Laura agrees – “The Light The Night Walk for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society makes me cry every year,” she says. She and Brian both cite The Q102 Bosom Ball for Breast Cancer as one of their favorite station events and a great display of unity.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Laura spending time at her local Kroger, T.J. Maxx and Kohl’s, and of course enjoying her beautiful family. Brian is an avid photographer, a certified scuba diver and loves heading down to The Banks for all the excitement happening at The Holy Grail, Crave, Moerlein Lager House and more!

Brady Bunch stars Christopher Knight (front row right), Susan Olsen (front row left) and Barry Williams (second row right) enjoy a ride on the Racer roller coaster at Kings Island on Sunday. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the “Cincinnati Kids” episode filmed at the 364-acre amusement and waterpark in 1973, the trio returned to Kings Island and entertained park guests during four live shows of singing, dancing and Brady Bunch anecdotes.

The Killers kick of the inaugural season of Horseshoe Casino’s outdoor concerts at The Shoe. It’s a rain or shine show; there isn’t a shelter or tent in case of rain. Re-entry will be permitted but please hold on to your ticket.

The Biggest Loser is coming to Cincinnati THIS Saturday to cast for an upcoming season. The auditions will take place Saturday from 11a-6p at Planet Fitness on Winton Road in Finneytown.

A lot of times all you hear is the negative about pro athletes. The Dodgers Matt Kemp didn’t know he was being filmed and did something very special for a young man who is very ill with cancer. The game was in SF and the young man is a Dodger fan and Matt Kemp is his favorite player.
The Dodgers had just lost the fourth game in a row and after he made the final out of the game he walked over to the young man and you just need to watch to see what he did for the young man. #prayfortheyoungman #fanofmattkempnow
