MDA Muscle Walk Logo storyIt’s time to register for the 2014 MDA Muscle Walk to benefit local Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area families served by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. More than 800 people are participating in  this year’s Muscle Walk.  The money raised helps local area residents affected by muscular dystrophy, ALS and related muscle diseases and helps send local kids to MDA Summer Camp at Camp Campbell Gard right here in Hamilton, Ohio.  MDA Muscle Walk is not a competition. The walks are family-and-friend gatherings, and light exercise for everyone!

Visit to sign up for, or donate to, the annual event and “Make a Muscle, Make a Difference®” to help support MDA local services and research that directly impact the lives of children and adults living with muscle diseases. “How many muscles does it take to walk? One…your heart.”
