• Jeff & Jenn's Christmas Choir Contest

  
  
  The Q102 Jeff and Jenn Christmas Choir Competition returns for a 2nd year!
  
  Does your school have the best...or cutest...sounding holiday choir?  We invite you to enter them in Jeff & Jenn's Christmas Choir Competition!
  
  We'll highlight all the great work your school and others are doing in K-12 music departments across the Tri-State. The Q102 Jeff and Jenn Christmas Choir Competition offers cash prizes and best of all, your school choir may be recognized and receive airplay on Q102 throughout the holiday season!
  
  The Q102 Jeff and Jenn Christmas Choir Competition will have two competitive grade level divisions, K-8, 9-12. If your choir spans both levels, they’ll be entered in the higher grade division. A panel of judges will choose semi-finalist choirs in each division. The semi-finalists will be played on Q102 and listeners will then be encouraged to vote for their favorite performances at wkrq.com. The finalists in each division will be decided by highest vote count and the first, second and third place winners will be decided by a panel of judges.
  
  This can be a great school pride project for your students and faculty as they rally themselves and their families to listen and vote for their favorite school choir.
  
  Entries can be submitted beginning Monday, November 4, 2013 via mp3 audio files. Desired song link should be no less than two minutes long and no longer than three minutes and 30 seconds long.
  
  The competition will take place in December 2013 and Q102 and will hand out $16,000 in cash prizes! We look forward to receiving your entry and wish you the best of luck in the upcoming competition.
