Susan Boyle became a household name almost overnight after singing "I Dreamed A Dream" on "Britain’s Got Talent" last April, but in recent months has become known for her public anxieties and breakdowns.

Now two of her brothers are voicing concerns for her well-being and speaking out about her struggle to handle the pressure of stardom.

"The traveling and the whole [fame] thing is exhausting. She still has her anxieties and her loneliness," her brother Gerry told People.com.

"She needs 24-hour care. She needs to be looked after," her older brother, John, insisted.

To ease fears following a break-in at her home last month, the 48-year-old Boyle makes late-night calls to her family and friends, and her management installed 24-hour security outside her home.

In another interview this week, Gerry revealed that Susan is desperate to find love, especially when she compares her life alone to that of manager and family man Andy Stephens.
