She's known as JLo, Jenny on the block and, most recently, simply Jennifer Lopez. Just like her name, Jennifer's career is constantly morphing. So far this year Lopez has accepted the role of judge on American Idol, she's been named "The Most Beautiful Woman In The World" by People magazine and her latest album, Love?, is due out on May 3. Her single "On The Floor" quickly shot to the top 10 and her new single, "Papi," recently came out.

Did we mention Lopez is also a mother? As if being an actress, judge and singer isn't enough, Lopez has three-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with her husband Marc Anthony. She also juggles a popular fragrance and clothing lines. 

In 1991, Jennifer's first taste of fame happened as a dancer on the comedy show, In Living Color, where she was one of the "Fly Girls." She went on to small acting jobs, but didn't get her big break until 1997, when she played the title role in Selena. The biopic was a hit and Lopez received a nomination for a Golden Globe, along with a check for $1 million, which made her the highest-paid actress in history. Since then, Lopez has appeared in blockbusters like Out of Sight and The Wedding Planner. 

Lopez began her singing career in 1999 with the debut of her Latin pop album, On the 6. Her single, "If You Had My Love," was a huge success, making number one on the Billboard Top 100 and On the 6 went platinum after just two weeks. Her single "Let's Get Loud" led to her first Grammy nomination. 

While she’s been seen most recently as a judge on the hit show American Idol, Lopez has been in the studio working on her next album. Lopez’s seventh and newest album titled Love? was recently released and is what she says will be her most personal album. Lopez first began working on the album back in 2007 but in the midst of her breakup after a 10 year relationship with Epic Records, things were held up a little until she found her new home with Island Records.

“A little bit of the Latin flavor is infused in it,” says RedOne, well-known songwriter and the producer of Lopez’s new album. “But I would describe it more asa global sound. It is all about love and covers all emotional sides of Jennifer. She is in a good place.”

“On the Floor," featuring rapper Pitbull, was released February 11 as the first single from Love? The single features a blend of dance pop with Latin flavor and has received positive feedback on the Billboard charts.

“I’m Into You," featuring Lil’ Wayne, is the second and latest single that was released onto iTunes on April 1 for early purchase and the music video went into production the following day.
