Description:
PWC is the only organization to bring the real Academy Awards® to Cincinnati. The five-star Hollywood evening features a red carpet welcome, cocktails, appetizers, calf roping station, trick rope artist, gourmet meal, emcees from WCPO-TV and the Academy Awards live on a giant screen. Attendees are invited to participate in silent and live auctions, door prizes and raffles. All guests receive the same official program as the stars in Hollywood.
PWC’s 15th Annual Oscar Night America gala, themed Wild Wild West will benefit the nonprofit agency’s Modifications for Mobility Program that provides low-income, elderly and disabled homeowners with important home modifications to keep them living safely in their own homes. Those unable to attend can visit the online auction February 6 through 24 at www.biddingforgood.com/PWCoscars.
In 2011, PWC’s Oscar Night gala raised $155,000, the most generated in its 14-year history.
