Engagement photos are back! Time for Save the Dates!

Whoa. Just Whoa. We are now less than 200 days away from our big day! I can’t believe how fast it’s going! I am taking it all in and trying to enjoy each step of planning!

We (or I, more so) had a vision with our engagement photos. I wanted them to capture us and what we actually enjoy doing when we aren’t working the weekends or can finally catch some down time. Be home. We love to just have days home, where the only thing I have to worry about is which way I want my pillow while I’m leaning up against Jon watching TV. Annie, our photographer, did a great job at capturing just that. We (not sure why I keep saying we because lets be honest the photo settings were my idea haha) wanted to get some outside too and a little more dressed up, which turned out just as beautiful:

With our photos done and back to us our next step is Save the Dates. I decided to have Save the Dates printed to help family from out of town have a heads up and be able to mark their calendars accordingly. I’ve seen them done so many ways via email, mail, etc. Some with just the date and location and some with details on the wedding ceremony, reception, etc.

I’d love to have some guidance on maybe where you ordered from, styles and fun thoughts on ideas. How you did yours or why you didn’t do Save the Dates? Everyone’s weddings are so unique to their own personal style, so I really enjoy getting to hear back from everyone!

Post your guidance/thoughts/ideas on this blog post up on Q102’s FB page!
