Bockfest: Sausage Queen Competition Preliminary Round – 9 p.m. at Washington Platform Saloon and Restaurant. Free. In the weeks leading up to Bockfest, participating venues select a Queen contestant for the 2019 finale.

Harpeth Rising – 8 p.m. at Fairfield Community Arts Center. Cabaret-style performances with complimentary hors d’oeuvres. Unapologetic genre-benders fuse folk, newgrass, rock, and classical into something organically unique.
