It’s Week 7 and Sunday is the Bengals biggest game in over 5 years – when team’s play well every week is a big deal, but this time it’s against the Ravens – division game – first place in the AFC North and the number #1 seed in the AFC. Huge. One thing we have seen this season is the Bengals defense has been unbelievable, but can they slow down the Ravens and beat Lamar Jackson for the first time? Bengals offense started to get it going in the 2nd half against the Lions – Joe Burrow even got to the chance to rest with a ball cap on the sideline because of the high-scoring offense. Will we see it in back to back games? Well this Baltimore isn’t the Lions, but the Bengals have shown they can hang with the best (a missed FG) away from beating one of the top NFC teams in the Packers. Why am I feeling optimistic on this Friday morning? Because I think the Bengals find a way to win this low-scoring game. I like the balance with Joe Mixon and Ja’Marr Chase is on another level in the air – I like the LB group on defense and DJ Reader on the line is having himself a season. Yes the Ravens have Lamar Jackson and he is a different QB. If the Bengals defense can shutdown TE Mark Andrews I like this game for the Bengals. I’m going 24-21 Bengals. Awards for the week. Ja’Marr Chase won rookie of the week again. Honestly they should just name the award after him. His mic’d up is one of my favorite things from the week too – go watch this
Ja’Marr Chase (@Real10jayy__) mic’d up is PURE GOLD! 😂
