Hi! Thanks for checking out a little about me! I do all sorts of odd jobs on and off air for the Jeff and Jenn Morning Show and Q102 and you can also hear me everyday at 10AM for the Q102 Hot List! I have always loved music and people and adventure. I grew up in Detroit and my parents and my brother and his family still live there. I have four adorable nieces, Lucy, Emma, Violet, and Opal and two nephews, Colton and Parker.
Radio has taken me to some really awesome places, but I am so happy to be in Cincinnati, where I fell in love, rescued a Beagle named Captain Steve and bought some income properties. Yup, I’m a landlord. We have renovated an 1860s home in Prospect Hill, another in East Walnut Hills and the Incline District of Price Hill and now a new one in Oakley.
Before joining Jeff, Jenn, and Fritsch, maybe you listened to me on “Tim and My Mom Called Me George” – (Yup, I’m the same Tim!)
I’m blunt, sarcastic, loyal, laid back, and usually not politically correct. I’m a Scorpio.
I’m always trying to work out and eat right, but it’s hard because I am a foodie! (Btw – I hate that word, but I am one.) I don’t like doctors or medicine and will seek out alternatives. I was a lifeguard and swim teacher and coach for 10 years. I also taught preschool.
I enjoy: Snacks. Cooking for friends and family. Trying new restaurants. Having a beer or marg on a patio. Soaking in the sun at a Reds game. Rhinegeist Fiction. Making the rounds downtown to see everybody. UC Football games. Old Radio Jingles. Cheese and Wine. Madtree Galaxy High. Laying out at the pool. El Toro in Hyde Park. Bowling on the Westside. Driving. Yacht Rock (Google it). Meeting new people. Being comfortable. Maps. Unexpected crazy nights. Exploring neighborhood pubs. Westside Brewing. Game Night. Travel. Sweatpants and Hoodies (see being comfortable).
I’m trying to eat at every restaurant in Clifton. Read more reviews HERE. #TimEatsClifton
I’m also a real estate agent in Ohio (email me if you need to sell your home or are looking to buy one) and do voice work for different radio stations around the country – you may hear me while you’re on vacation or traveling for work!
The best part about my job is that I get to hang with friends every morning (including YOU!), plus we can use the show to do good here in the Tri-State. If you see me around town, please say hi, I’d love to meet you! Email anytime or connect on social media. I’m always looking for spots to have Snack time!
