Opening Day is right around the corner… What better way to celebrate Cincinnati’s favorite holiday than learning all about the Reds Community Fund with my friends Michael Anderson & Charley Frank!
Since its inception in 2001, the Community Fund has been dedicated to improving the lives of youth through its baseball-themed outreach efforts.
From baseball field renovations across the Greater Cincinnati area to RBI programs helping more than 45,000 kids and coaches connect through baseball and softball-themed outreach efforts, the Reds Community Fund has done A LOT for our community – and they aren’t slowing down anytime soon! 🙂
I’m sure I don’t have to remind everyone… But don’t forget about the Reds Community Fund Charity Block Party next Thursday before the Opening Day game! 😉
Food and beverage sales from the block party will go directly to the Reds Community Fund! Last year they made a little over $130,000 for the Community Fund at the block party on food and beverage sales alone! WOW!!! Make sure you buy some yummy food and ice cold beer that day!
The Reds Community Fund has many, many events coming up this year that you do not want to miss!
This weekend, join them at “Brews and Baseball” and help kick off Opening Day Eve 2018! Tickets still available!
Also, coming up June 2nd, the “RedLegs Run”! Register HERE!
AND…. We can’t forget Q102’s favorite event of the year…. “A Night Of Their Own” on August 16th! Sip some cocktails, chat with coaches and run around on the field at GABP! It’s a BLAST!
Tickets available now: PURCHASE HERE!
Here’s a pic of me at ANOTO back in 2015 – Hitting some balls in the Reds’ batting cage while holding a Rosie Red Martini…. Serious talent.
