The real estate market over the last year has been bonkers and home are selling for higher prices – that is good if you’re selling your home and not so good, if you’re buying a home.  We haven’t been able to find a project house that makes sense for us financially, so instead of flipping a house ourselves, we are helping others with their projects. Our friends Jane and Jimmy have found the house of their dreams in Columbia-Tusculum and have asked us to assist in their renovations of their kitchen and bathroom.   They love the charm of the homes of the late 1800s-early 1900s, but want to update to today’s living standards.
