The more boring part of home renovation (IMO) is all the expensive, time consuming stuff that you have to do BEHIND the walls.  Stuff that you will never see when you are enjoying your home – electric, plumbing, etc.  On this episode of Renovation Time with Tim, we finally get to some of the fun stuff!  Beautiful tile and refinishing the original wood floors – some of which have been covered for decades.
