The “Summer of Tim” is over and it’s time for another renovation project!  This time we are working on a small house in the Madisonville neighborhood!  This part of town has been hot for flippers and lots of renovations.   We are going to take this tiny house up a few notches and try some new things!  Here’s a before view inside the “Tiny House from Hell” – these all have to have a catchy name, right?
