The “Summer of Tim” was awesome!  This project house in Madisonville is SMALL!! It’s only 850 square feet on the main floor.  We’re taking the main living/dining/kitchen area from 3 rooms into one open space. We’re also going to take the big open basement and add some livable space to it.  Things are going to happen fast at this one! Check out the progress!
