This project was a huge deal.  We tried things we’ve never done before – adding an addition, building a garage, structural retaining walls, and the list goes on and on.

This was the ugliest house on the street.  It didn’t fit in.  Our goal was to take it from a total bummer, to a house with everything anyone would want! Lots of storage, second floor laundry, a dog wash station, sexy spacious bathrooms, and a large open space of entertaining.
