Every year Norwood City Schools picks one teacher to be the “TEACHER OF THE YEAR!”  Mrs. Brooke heads up the special needs classroom at Norwood View Elementary and her team wanted to let all of the Tri-State to know she is THE BEST!  After spending time in her room for my #SnackTimeWithTim visit – I totally agree!!
