Wild Game At Paul Brown Stadium – Lindsay Patterson

Where do we start?

Oh boy – It’s wild, but the Bengals did enough to win, but lost and that stings.

Was it perfect? No – Did they have a lot of mistakes? Yes – but the Bengals should’ve won at PBS on Sunday and failed to do that.

It’s easy to go back question the calls – or INT or drops or a missed first down by the officials for Joe Mixon, but the Bengals didn’t get the job done and fall to the Packers. If you’re taking notes at home – OT, winning in seconds and falling into extra time – I’d say you’re getting your money’s worth at Bengals home games.

More important news: Joe Burrow is fine – that is great news –

Burrow took some hits in the game, but left due to a throat contusion after the game and went to the local hospital – according to Zac Taylor he did go home last night and should be good to go for the game against Lions on Sunday.

and this is true.

For some reason – I still believe in this team and roster – I think moral victories shouldn’t be a thing in the NFL – but the Bengals deserve some credit for going up against the big guys and showing they belong and that’s why that game still stings.

I’ll have a Bengals – Lions preview and injury update on Thursday.
